PMSSS 2024-25 Round 2 Counselling

Note: PMSSS College Joining for Students HSC (10+2) Round 2 Counselling for 2024-25 has been extended until September 23, 2024.
PMSSS 2024-25 Guidelines for Students
- Merit-Based Seat Allocation: The seat allotment is based on merit, and students can view their allocated colleges using their login credentials.
- Choice Freezing: Once you confirm your choice, the college/course selection cannot be changed.
- Provisional Allotment Letter: The allotment letter is provisional and subject to the fulfilment of specific eligibility criteria prescribed by the affiliating universities. AICTE bears no responsibility in this regard.
- Reporting NEET/JEE/CUET Results: If your NEET, JEE, or CUET counselling results are declared before the SSSJKL counselling, immediately report this to AICTE. You can do this by filling in the “Entrance Examination” option on the portal after logging in.
- Second Round of Allotment: A second round of allotment will occur only if the confirmed and frozen seats after the first round of counselling are less than 5,000.
PMSSS Important Instructions
1. Downloading Allotment Letter:
After the counselling process, students must download their allotment letter from the portal using their login ID. This letter is necessary for admission confirmation.
2. Admission in Central Universities:
If you are selected through CUET and are admitted to Central Universities like Delhi University or Jamia Millia Islamia, your allotment letter issued by AICTE will remain valid until the admission formalities are completed as per the university’s criteria.
3. Physical Reporting to Institutes:
Once allotted a seat, students must physically report to the institute before the last date. The institute will verify the student’s documents and confirm the joining on the AICTE portal, which will help determine the available vacant seats for the next round.
4. Online Confirmation of Joining:
In case the academic session is delayed, students can opt for online confirmation of joining. The institute will confirm the student’s admission on the AICTE portal after receiving written consent from the student through a registered email.
5. Grievance Redressal:
For any grievances, students can email jkadmission2024@aicte-india.org with their Candidate ID and active mobile number mentioned.
