The IGNOU Percentage Calculator is an online tool designed to help students calculate their overall percentage based on their assignment and theory marks.
The tool follows the IGNOU marking scheme, where assignment marks are weighted at 30%, and theory marks are weighted at 70%. Students can also add more than 5 subjects if needed.
How to Use the IGNOU Percentage Calculator
- Enter Assignment Marks:
- For each subject, enter your assignment marks in the field labelled “Assignment Marks.“
- Assignment marks should be out of 100.
- Enter Theory Marks:
- For each subject, enter your theory marks in the field labelled “Theory Marks.“
- Theory marks should also be out of 100.
- Add More Subjects (if needed):
- Click the “Add More Subjects” button if you have more than five subjects.
- Additional fields will appear for you to enter marks for more subjects.
- Enter Maximum Marks:
- Enter the total marks (like in 12th, we have total marks of 500) in the “Total Marks” field.
- Calculate Percentage:
- Click the “Calculate Percentage” button to see your overall percentage.
