How to Get/Make Health ID Card 2024
- After visiting the official portal, the home page will open, where several tabs will appear.
- You need to click on the “Create Health ID Card” option.
- After this, a new page will open, in which a link to “Create Your Health ID Card Now” will appear.
- If you want to create a Health ID Card through Aadhaar Card, click on the “Generate Via Aadhaar Card” option.
- If you want to use a mobile number, click on “Generate Via Mobile”.
- Choosing the Aadhaar card option will open a new page, where you will have to enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP”.
- An OTP will be sent to your mobile, which you have to enter on the page.
- After that, after entering the OTP to all of you, the Health ID Card online form will open.
- Fill all the information sought in the online form correctly.
- Finally check all the details and click on “Submit”.
- On submission, your Health ID Card will be generated.
