Airport Customer Service Agent Recruitment Application Fee

In this recruitment, the application fee for the post of Customer Service Agent for all categories of candidates has been kept at Rs 380 while for the post of Loader or Housekeeping the application fee has been kept at Rs 340 for all the candidates.

Airport Customer Service Agent Recruitment Age Limit

The age limit of the candidate for the post of Customer Service Agent has been kept from 18 to 28 years while for the post of Loader or Housekeeping, the age limit of the candidate has been kept from 18 to 33 years, in which the age will be calculated as on 1 July 2024 and the reserved categories have been given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the government.

Airport Customer Service Agent Recruitment Educational Qualification

For the post of Customer Service Agent, the candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board while for the post of Loader or Housekeeping, the candidate must have passed class X from a recognized board.

Airport Customer Service Agent Recruitment Selection Process

1. Candidates for this recruitment will be selected based on written examination, interview, document verification, and medical.
2. The examination will be conducted in CBT mode from December 1 to December 8.
3. All the questions in the exam will be of objective type and 90 minutes will be given for the exam. Negative marking will be one-fourth of the marks.
4. The exam will be in two parts and no time will be given between the two papers. The first part will be of 40 marks and the second part will be of 60 marks.
