PMSSS 2024-25 Registration: College Join, Merit List, Seat Allocation

PMSSS stands for Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme. This scholarship is for students from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh who are pursuing professional courses at AICTE-approved institutions across India.

The registration for PMSSS has been started from June 18, 2024. In this article, you will complete information about registration, merit list, counselling, last date to apply and a direct link to apply for PMSSS.

PMSSS 2024-25 Overview

Latest Update: It is requested to all nodal officers and students, with allotted seats in HSC round 1 , should complete their joining formalities including uploading of joining report by 10th September 2024, latest by 4:00 PM.

Please note that if the joining reports are not uploaded by the specified deadline, the process of seat cancellation will be initiated.

PMSSS 2024-25 Registration Apply Online

The registration for PMSSS will commence from June 18, 2024 to July 29, 2024. To register for this scholarship, students have to visit the official website which I have attached below.

The online registration process for PMSSS 2024-25 has been explained below in very simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

First visit the PMSSS website: https://www.aicte-jk-scholarship-gov.in/ or click on direct link below.

Step 2: Initiate Registration

Look for the “PMSSS 2024-25 Registration” tab and click on it. Now, choose the option “Registration for 12th Passed.” A new popup will appear and click on proceed to registration.

Step 3: Enter Personal Details

Fill in the required information, including your name, parents’ names, year of passing 12th grade, board name, Aadhar card number, and roll number.

Step 4: Income and Residency Proof

Next, submit your family’s annual income details and a valid residence proof document.

Step 5: Entrance Exam Selection

Select the exam you took (CUET, NEET, or JEE) from the available options.

Step 6: Create Login Credentials

Provide your mobile number, email address, and a strong password to create your unique login credentials.

Step 7: Verify Registration

You’ll receive a verification email at your registered address. Click on the link to confirm your registration.

Step 8: Login and Upload Documents

Once verified, return to the PMSSS website and log in using your email ID and password. You’ll be able to access your personal details on the dashboard.

Step 9: Upload Required Documents

This is where you upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents as specified by the PMSSS guidelines.

Step 10: Submit Application and Print

After uploading all documents, click on the “Submit Application” tab. Upon successful submission, download and print a copy of the completed application form.

Step 11: Document Verification

Don’t forget! Carry the printed application form along with the original documents to your designated Document Verification Center for verification.

PMSSS 2024-25 Final Merit List

PMSSS 2024-25 result of final merit list will be made available on August 8, 2024. The exact timing for the release of merit list is 5:00 p.m.

PMSSS 2024-25 Seat Allocation Round 1

• Result of Seat Allocation through Online Counselling on the login of the Student (Round 1 Allotment): August 14
• Confirmation from the candidate against the seat allocation: August 16 – August 19
• Joining in the College by the student: August 30

NOTE: SSSJKL Joining in College by Student Counselling for 2024-25 extended till August 30, 2024.
