After the declaration of NEET 2024 results, there was a huge anger among the students on the results.
This year the results were very shocking because there were more than 60 students who got 720 out of 720.
Further, more than 5 toppers were from the same exam centre which is very unusual. There is also news coming out from reliable sources that the paper was leaked.
Now the matter has been raised by various coaching institutes like Physics Wallah. Alakh Pandey, the CEO of Physics Wallah has sent a legal notice to NTA, and he also filled a case in supreme court regarding this matter.

Physics Wallah Legal Notice to NTA
Due to various reasons like 60+ toppers, grace marks issue etc. Alakh Pandey, the CEO of Physics Wallah has sent a legal notice to NTA regarding clarification about these matters. 1563 students were given grace marks.
He demanded on what basis they were given grace marks and what is the method or rule according to which they were given these marks.
NTA has given certain clarifications on this and after that Alakh Panday moved to supreme court. He said that students have hope from the supreme court.
Is RE-NEET Possible
Students are demanding that the NEET 2024 should be conducted again. Now it all depends on the supreme court’s decision. There are chances that 1563 students might have to appear for NEET examination again.
But this is not certain yet. We have to wait till the final decision. As of now, no conclusion can be drawn regarding RE-NEET 2024.
