1. Academic Level: The scholarship is open to students studying in Classes 9 to 12.
2. Geographical Eligibility: Students from the southern, eastern, and north-eastern states of India are eligible. This includes states like Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Odisha, Bihar, Puducherry, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal.
3. Eligible Backgrounds:

• Children of commercial drivers (LMV/HMV).
• Children of mechanics.
• Children from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category.

1. Academic Performance: Applicants must have scored 60% and above in their previous class.
2. Family Income: The total family income should not exceed INR 8 lakh per annum.
3. Exclusion: Children of employees of Valvoline Cummins and its service provider are not eligible to apply.
